Our Union is Our Community

Cicero Council is the Union that represents the staff of Cicero District 99. In compliance with the  guidelines provided by the legal team of D99, we must note that all information provided here is not endorsed by Cicero District 99. 

We are not just here to educate and support our children within the school. We exist to fight on behalf of every member of the community we serve. 

Cicero Council vehemently opposes the violence committed by the Federal Government targeting our community members. It is not and never will be acceptable for any human to be subjected to the inhumane conditions, assault, and persecution that is being exhibited by ICE.

Our goal is to provide a supportive environment for our community. Our families do not feel safe bringing their children to school, going to the grocery store, or going to work. That means that our children will be without food, electricity, or clean clothes. Cicero Council will NOT stand idly by as our children, families, and staff suffer. If your family is in need, please use the Contact Us form. We will gather donation and our Members will drop off supplies to you as best we can.  No human is illegal. 

The Serving Angels fund is used to support families and members who have suffered tragedy or loss. This fund has donated gift cards, money, and supplies to our community members. These funds are gathered from sales of our Union Swag, donations, Union events, and more.
