Typically, teachers have a hard time spotlighting the work they do. During evaluation years, you’ve got to be willing to “brag” about your work. This includes ideas you’ve had, management tools you use, your student’s successes/struggles and what you’ve done in response, and any “extra-curricular” work/learning you’ve done.
We’ve got multiple guides for artifacts in each component. These are from other districts and may use different wording than we use here in D99. Our goal is to help you know what you should share when you are in discussions with your administrator/evaluator.
