  Often teachers have a hard time highlighting the excellent work they do. During evaluation years, you have to be willing to “brag” about your accomplishments. This includes ideas you’ve had, management tools you use, your students' successes/struggles and what you’ve done in response, and any “extra-curricular” work, committees or continuing education you’ve done.

We have multiple guides for artifacts in each component. These are from other districts and may use different wording than we use here in D99. Our goal is to help you know what you should share when you are in discussions with your administrator/evaluator.
